It's so nice to see our communities and other businesses come together and honor our great brave and amazing 1st responders related to the Suffolk County Long Island Fires on March 8th! As a military veteran myself who's served our country, I'd also like to give back. I am a licensed medical massage therapist with a private practice in the Shirley area. From March 15th 2025 to April 15th, 2025, I am offering FREE 30 minute massages to all first responders, including all Fire Fighters (including voluntary), Military, Reserve Units, Fire, Rescue & Emergency Services employees, Ambulance Companies (Including voluntary), Police Departments and Sheriff's Dept employees, any member Law Enforcement, 911 operators, as well as anyone that was part of the teams involved with the Suffolk Long Island Fires on March 8th, 2025. I will honor the free 30-minute massages on a first come, first served basis from 3/15/25 - 4/15/25. All I would need to see is your work ID / work badge when booking your appointment. For all others that are not part of these above-mentioned teams, and if you'd like to receive 50% off of my services for your first visit, I am running a sale from now until April 15th, 2025.

Please Note: Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield is not the same as the Empire NYSHIP Plan.
You may be covered by NYSHIP (Empire Plan) if you are a New York State employee or retiree.
Employees of the Department of Correction, NYS Department of Health/Parks, NYS Supreme Court, Port Authority NY, County/Town/Village employees, LIRR/MTA, NYS DMV, State
Police/Troopers, NYS Public Schools, SUNY schools/hospitals, Library/Fire Department,
and more are eligible to participate.
Your children can also be covered for pediatric massage therapy if they are covered by NYSHIP/EMPIRE. Female certified pediatric licensed medical massage therapist available.
Coverage: Therapeutic medical massages for illness, injury, pain, and discomfort are covered
by NYSHIP for up to 20 massage therapy visits per calendar year, regardless of the number of providers visited. Massage therapy provided by a network physician or provider counts toward
the limit, but visits to a network Managed Physical Medicine Provider generally do not.
Documentation Required: Medical Massage Therapy prescription from your
physician or medical provider, which will include a diagnosis of your

Our Treatments
We value our patients and focus on exceptional service and education. We offer a combination of Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Massage Therapy. This combination of effective techniques helps to improve posture, coordination, relieve discomfort related to nerve compression, tight muscles, trigger points as well as manage myofascial pain and musculoskeletal issues. Heat is also included in order to help relax tight muscles. For inflammation and swelling due to injury, after any type of surgery, or during the postpartum/postnatal period after birth, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (Vodder Technique) can be implemented to help reduce swelling. The Vodder Technique, which is the Gold Standard, is a light skin stretch technique where the therapist manually routes excess lymphatic fluid towards your lymphatic nodes within your Lymphatic System. It is not painful as it is actually very relaxing! It strengthens the immune system as well as improves lymphatic flow. To address scars and adhesions that develop, Scar Tissue massage will be implemented as well. Scar tissue massage improves flexibility, range of motion, assists with collagen production and alignment, as well as increases oxygen and blood flow to assist with healing. We also offer prenatal massage (after the first trimester), geriatric massage, as well as pediatric and teen massage (age 17 and under).
